Structure your team
without slowing it down.

As your prop firm grows, access becomes risk. YourPropFirm gives you full control over who can see, edit, approve, and act, across every part of your operation. No shared logins. No uncontrolled access. No operational blind spots.

Overview

More people means more complexity.

Support agents handling traders. Risk analysts reviewing breaches. Finance processing payouts. Management tracking performance.

Admin Controls ensure every team member has exactly the access they need, and nothing they don't.

RiskFinanceSupportComplianceMarketingLeadership
Role-based access

Define roles once. Scale safely.

Prop firms don't operate with one admin. They run across risk, finance, support, compliance, marketing, and leadership. YourPropFirm reflects that structure directly inside the platform.

Risk team

Breach review, account actions, rule enforcement, with sensitivity to challenge stage.

  • Breach queue
  • Freeze / terminate accounts
  • Rule overrides (logged)
Finance

Payout approval with batch controls, transaction visibility, and reconciliation exports.

  • Payout approval
  • PSP routing config
  • Reconciliation export
Support

Trader profiles, tickets, account overview, scoped to their region and shift.

  • Trader profile (read + note)
  • Ticket management
  • Challenge history
Management

Full reporting and oversight without touching day-to-day records unnecessarily.

  • All dashboards
  • Cohort + cohort revenue
  • Team performance
Each role sees only what is relevant to their function. Custom roles supported, mirror your org, not ours.
Granular permissions

Control down to the detail level.

Permissions are not just module-based, they can be scoped deeply. Keep operations fast while maintaining full control.

01

View vs edit vs approve

Three levels of access on every resource. A payout analyst can view without approving. A risk lead can approve without directly editing trader data.

02

Field-level scoping

Restrict access to specific fields, a support agent sees trader email and phone, but never bank details or internal risk score.

03

Sensitive actions gated

Payouts, account resets, manual overrides, and refund flows sit behind their own permission, independent of module access.

Multi-team operations

Run global teams without friction.

Whether your team is in one office or distributed across time zones, Admin Controls let you structure responsibilities clearly.

Separate responsibilities across shifts or regions
EMEA breach queue doesn't bleed into APAC. Hand-off is structured, not ad-hoc.
Assign ownership for queues and workflows
Every queue has an owner. Every unowned item gets escalated on a timer.
Maintain consistency across teams
Same playbook, same permissions, same audit trail, regardless of region or shift.

Too much access
creates risk.
  • × Shared logins across shifts
  • × Un-audited bulk exports
  • × A support agent with payout rights
Too little access
slows the business.
  • × One person bottlenecking approvals
  • × Screenshots shared over Slack
  • × "Just log in as me" workarounds
YourPropFirm
gives you both.
  • Structure at the permission layer
  • Speed at the workflow layer
  • Evidence at the audit layer
Built for accountability

In prop trading, every decision matters.

Admin Controls ensure every action is:

01
Authorized
The permission existed before the action. No retroactive grants, no "just this once."
02
Logged
Actor, action, target, timestamp, written once, immutable, retained 7 years.
03
Traceable
Every decision links back to the policy that authorized it and the evidence behind it.
Admin Controls is part of the system

One system. One access layer. Fully controlled.

Permissions connect directly to risk management, payouts, trader data, and reporting, so a role change propagates everywhere in one write, not seven.

Admin Controls FAQ

Yes. Custom roles are first-class, define as many as you need, name them however you like, and compose permissions from the full action catalogue. The four roles we show above are a starting template, not a ceiling.
Module → action → field. A support role can read a trader profile, edit the notes field, and never see bank details, all from a single policy. Sensitive actions like payouts and account resets sit behind their own toggles, independent of module access.
Yes. Set the trigger (action type, amount, risk level), pick the approvers, and the system enforces it on every matching request. Payouts above a threshold, account reinstatements, and manual overrides are the most common.
SSO is supported on day one (SAML, OIDC, Google, Okta, Azure AD). SCIM provisioning is on the enterprise plan, create a user in Okta, they're a scoped member the next minute.
7 years by default, configurable up or down for your retention policy. Logs are immutable, queryable via API, and exportable on demand, same data for internal review, disputes, and regulators.
Deactivation revokes all active sessions instantly and preserves the user's history under their former role. The audit trail doesn't lose them, but they lose access.

Grow without
losing control.
