YourPropFirm is an operating platform for prop firms. It brings trader and account operations, risk oversight, payouts, integrations and reporting into one system.
The integration library currently covers MetaTrader 4 and 5, cTrader, DXtrade and Match-Trader, alongside payment, KYC and operational integrations. The exact setup depends on your servers and provider agreements.
Yes. Migration is scoped during implementation, including the records to move, reconciliation checks, the parallel-run period and the final cutover. The plan depends on the systems you are moving from.
Yes. Sandbox access is coordinated with the integration team so account provisioning, event handling and operational workflows can be validated before live accounts are connected.
Yes. Programs, phases and risk rules are configured for your operating model. Changes are controlled and recorded so the rule version applied to an account remains traceable.
Payout requests, reviews, approvals and reconciliation are managed as a workflow. Payment providers and approval steps are configured around the firm's operating requirements.
Developer documentation is maintained in GitBook. It covers platform setup, integrations and operational guidance without duplicating a second copy on this website.
The maintained API reference lives in Stoplight, including the current endpoints, request fields and schemas. Use that reference rather than screenshots or copied endpoint tables.
Webhooks notify your systems when relevant platform state changes. Available events, payloads and implementation requirements are documented in the maintained developer resources.
The public Status page shows current component health, rolling uptime and incident updates from the live status feed.
Use the shared support channel supplied during onboarding for account-specific or urgent issues. For a general request, use the Contact page and choose Customer support so it reaches the right team.
Training is handled as part of implementation and can be arranged for the teams operating the platform. Contact your account team when roles change or a workflow needs a refresher.
